Highway 199 Opened To Two-Way Traffic (KOBI - KOTI Medford-Klamath Falls)

(3/09/10) Highway 199 is now open to two way traffic near Patrick Creek in California. Early Monday morning a large rock slide closed the highway to all traffic wanting to pass through the Patrick Creek area..
